Process

Research &
Discovery

  • Collaborated with call centre teams and fleet managers to understand daily workflows

  • Conducted interviews and shadowing sessions to uncover pain points and inefficiencies

  • Analyzed usage data to identify the most critical screens and interactions

Problem
Framing

  • Mapped key friction points: rigid tables, lack of task automation, and complex interactions

  • Defined success criteria with stakeholders, focusing on speed, accuracy, and flexibility

Ideation &
Co-Design

  • Facilitated co-creation workshops with operators to ideate practical solutions
  • Defined key UX principles: simplicity, customization, and scalability
  • Sketched user flows and wireframes to validate core improvements

Prototyping &
Iteration

  • Developed interactive prototypes in Figma, progressing from low to high fidelity

  • Ran usability tests with real operators, in context, to capture feedback early

  • Iterated on navigation, table behaviour, and booking flows based on test insights
